Get-together, June 15

Bus transportation will be arranged from the conference venue to the Get-together event.
On the evening of the first day of the conference, June 15, we will have a Get-together event at Wisdome Stockholm, an architectural and technological masterpiece located in Sweden’s National Museum of Science and Technology.
Wisdome Stockholm is a scientific experience arena and the structure itself is spectacular – a unique, double-curved wooden construction made from Swedish cross-laminated timber (CLT), showcasing sustainable design and the possibilities of advanced wood architecture.
During the evening, participants will have the opportunity to explore The Forest exhibition, which highlights the wonders of the forest ecosystem, sustainable forestry, and the future of bio-based materials.
Enjoy an inspiring evening of networking in this remarkable setting while light refreshments are served. This is a perfect occasion to connect with fellow conference attendees in an atmosphere that celebrates both science and nature.
The Get-together organized for the WWSC International Conference 2025 is free of charge. You will have to bring a ticket, which is provided upon arrival at the conference. Registration required.
Reception at Stockholm City Hall, June 16

The City of Stockholm is hosting a reception in the Stockholm City Hall to honour the conference delegates.
The Stockholm City Hall, situated in the heart of Stockholm city, is probably the city’s most famous landmark with its 106-meter-high tower. It is the home of the Municipal Council, and also the host of hundreds of events and celebrations each year. The most famous event hosted in the City Hall is the world-famous Nobel Prize Banquet, which is held each year on December 10 in the magnificent Blue Hall.
The reception organized for the WWSC International Conference 2025 is free of charge. You will have to bring a ticket, which is provided upon arrival at the conference. Registration is required (is made in the conference registration).
Conference dinner, June 17
Time and place: June 17 at 19.30, Josefina, Galärvarvsvägen 10, Stockholm. Map
Join us on the evening of Tuesday, June 17, for the Conference Dinner at the restaurant Josefina – a beautiful venue with breathtaking waterfront views, located on the island Djurgården and overlooking one of Stockholm’s harbours.
We look forward to sharing this special evening with you. With great food, good company, and a spectacular setting, it promises to be a memorable highlight of the conference.
Please note that registration for the dinner is required and available as an optional add-on when registering for the conference. Participants who have signed up will receive a ticket upon arrival at the conference, which must be brought to the dinner.
